The Housing and Community Development Division is dedicated and committed to preserving and creating safe and appropriate housing opportunities for low income and special needs populations.
515 Senior and Disabled Housing Sites (5 locations)
Provision and management of smoke-free, safe, and affordable housing units for low income, elderly, and/or disabled persons of any age. Housing options are at the Delevan, Franklinville, Little Valley, and Randolph Terraces, as well as Willow Brook Manor.
Derby Single Room Occupancy (22 units)
Permanent living for single, homeless individuals or those at imminent risk of homelessness. Residents receive extensive case management through CCA’s Transitional Services Department.
Jefferson House Apartments (8 units)
Permanent housing for homeless persons with documentable disability. Residence in JHA includes the assistance of the Transitional Services Department’s case management and skill-building. Apartments are co-located with CCA’s program headquarters in Salamanca, New York, to facilitate the accessibility of services.
Kinley Hill Emergency Shelter (10 units)
Referral-based emergency shelter for homeless, single adults. Stays of up to 14 days allow individuals to transition into permanent housing with the assistance of CCA’s Transitional Services Department and Rapid Rehousing Program.
Kinley Hill SRO (18 units)
The SRO provides permanent housing for single, homeless individuals or those at imminent risk of homelessness. Residents receive case management services with the Transitional Services Department.
