Our Energy & Housing Services are dedicated to providing the education, technology, and programs that assist members of our community to live in safe, affordable, and energy-efficient homes.
Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP)
This free program provides energy conservation and health and safety improvements in the homes of income eligible homeowners and renters. Homes served by CCA’s WAP are safer, warmer, more comfortable and provide occupants with a healthier living environment while saving an average of 35% on home heating bills. Housing Rehabilitation and Home Repair Programs
CCA’s Housing Rehabilitation programs provide repairs and upgrades to homes of income eligible homeowners in the form of zero payment loans. Areas of the home that are commonly addressed include roof replacements, electrical service upgrades and accessibility issues.

Partnership with the Cattaraugus County Health Department. Purpose is to reduce environmental hazards in the home. Will provide educational materials, allow for the installations of smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, child safety latches, fall protection, and testing for lead-based paint and radon. Program is free with no income eligibility requirements for homeowners or renters
MANUFACTURED HOME REPLACEMENT
CCA operates Manufactured Home Replacement Programs in Allegany and Cattaraugus Counties. Serving low income families. *Serving Allegany, Cattaraugus, and Livingston Counties.
