The Board of Directors is looking for residents of the community to join the Community Sector of the Board. The Community Sector must represent at least one-third of the Board of Directors. Members must be community residents who are, or who represent, economically disadvantaged and reside in Cattaraugus County.

If it is your desire to run for Community representation upon the Board of Directors of Connecting Communities in Action, plan to attend on June 12, 2024. Please be prepared to provide a 2-3 minute presentation addressing the issues facing the low-income today and why you would be best suited to sit on the Board of Directors and help address those issues. Your name will be added to the ballot, and voting will occur at the conclusion of all presentations.

Any Cattaraugus County resident 18 years or older, and who is present at the Public Meeting, is eligible to vote.

We are excited to feature a myriad of talented professionals who will offer their expertise on these topics, not only by sharing their personal and professional experiences with our keynote and panel discussions, but also by hosting workshops offering valuable tools regarding trauma informed care, addressing symptoms, suicide prevention, and more.
